I'm a freelance writer working primarily for Guardian Australia, where I cover culture and lifestyle. I also write the weekly Guardian column Three Things, interviewing prominent Australians about the objects that shaped them, get them through the day, and bring them joy. Outside of the Guardian, you may have read my work in publications like the ABC, the Sydney Morning Herald, Crikey, VICE, The Big Issue, Frankie Mag and Rolling Stone. Previously I worked for several years as an editor at youth media publication Junkee.
